Education Background
Dr. Xu is a master of law from Taiwan University, a dual master of law and science from Tokyo University, and a doctor of law from Tokyo University.
Work Experience
He holds the qualifications of Taiwanese lawyer and Tokyo administrative clerk, he is currently a member of the Tokyo Administrative Scholar Association and can directly handle various business permits, investments, immigration visas, and other businesses within Japan. He is one of the few non Japanese individuals in Japan who possess the aforementioned qualifications.

He has served in legislative and judicial authorities, as well as in Japanese companies and law firms. During his practice, he has served multiple well-known listed and OTC companies in Taiwan and Japan, and has jointly undertaken multiple major commercial cases related to taxation, legal affairs, real estate, business disputes, investment visas, maritime affairs, and other aspects of Taiwanese and Japanese enterprises with multiple well-known lawyers and accounting firms in Japan. In addition to being familiar with Taiwanese and Japanese legal practices, due to his expertise in cross-border business negotiations outside of legal business, he has become a business consultant for well-known companies in various countries.

He used to be the supervisor of Taiwan Jingqiao Medical Equipment Co., Ltd., the supervisor of Japanese business VPON HOLDING Co., Ltd., the director and chief operating officer of Japanese company Finatext Taiwan Ltd. (October 2016 to March 2018), the registered administrator of the Tokyo Administrative Library Association of Japan, the registered foreign law solicitor of the First Tokyo Lawyers Association of Japan, and the partner lawyer and deputy director of Taiwan Giant Law Firm, Representative of the Japanese Giant Administrative Administrative Scrivener Firm, a foreign law partner lawyer at ADVANCE Law Firm in Tokyo, Japan.
