Dr. Chu obtained the patent attorney qualification in 2004; In June 2010, he was appointed by the Patent Attorney Association to the University of Strasbourg in France for training on European intellectual property related legal systems. Since entering the field of patent in 2004, he has mainly engaged in new applications for foreign-related patent, response to examination opinions, patent reexamination, and invalidation. He has rich experience in foreign patent application business, with clients include well-known multinational companies such as Sony, Schneider Electric, and BOE etc.. He has successfully assisted a large domestic massager manufacturer in invalidating patents from Japan and domestic peers, and won the trust and praise from the customer. He was one of the first batch of patent litigation attorneys recommended by the Patent Attorneys Association to the Supreme People's Court in 2013.
