Dr. Jin is a bachelor of engineering from Asia University in Korea, master and doctor of law from Peking University.
Work Experience
She has been engaged in patent representing work in South Korea for nearly 20 years, used to be partner of YP & Lee IP Law Firm and South Korea Zhixin Intellectual Property Law Firm. She has accumulated rich experience in patent application writing, responding to official opinions, import and export patent business, patent reexamination and invalidation, patent administrative litigation, patent infringement litigation, and other aspects. Her technology field is extensive, and her customers are all over the world and most of them are Fortune 500, such as Samsung Electronics etc..
She has a strong academic interest and has conducted multiple research projects that are combined with patent practice, such as "Research on the Procedure of Patent Invalidation in South Korea", "Research on the Mutual Review Procedure (IPR) of Patent Invalidation in the United States", and "Research on China's Intellectual Property System". She is currently a researcher at the International Intellectual Property Research Center of Peking University. She is also the head of entrepreneurship incubation services for small and medium-sized venture enterprises in South Korea, a member of the Gangwon Do Technology Committee, and the director of the Gangwon Do Intellectual Property Center.
